This chaotic glass platter, 14 inches round, comes to life with brilliant colors and great glossy sheen. Life comes to the platter after 26 kiln hours and temperatures up to 1400 degrees, resulting in the pieces of glass becoming a whole. A beautiful glossy finish and a very smooth surface result. Furthermore, its shape comes into being with more kiln time, this time on a mold. The mosaic rainbow border gives boundaries to the chaos and doesn’t let it out.
Allowing the glass to become more viscous, at a lower temperature, helps it to take on the shape of the mold.
This 14 inch Chaos mosaic platter, is food safe. Keep it bright and shiny by handwashing it.
