Patchwork bow tied cat in glass shines with its mosaic of brilliantly colored opaque and dichroic fused glass. His black background gives brilliance to the different colored and dichroic glass parts. The panel was in the kiln for two separate firings between 25 to 30 hours each time.Firing very slowly maintains the bright colors and give the 3 dimensional appearance. At 7 1/2 inches square it comes with a customized hand made black aluminum frame for hanging.
